ELA Guidebooks 3-5 Registration

Asynchronous Workshop

TWR’s asynchronous workshop prepares Louisiana educators for the implementation of TWR in the ELA Guidebooks for grades 3-5.

This workshop provides a comprehensive understanding of how The Hochman Method is embedded into the updated Louisiana ELA Guidebooks (2022) for grades 3-5. It aims to help Louisiana educators see how The Writing Revolution’s techniques enhance students’ writing, reading comprehension, analytical thinking, and content knowledge.

  • Approx 7.5 hours; hosted on Teach:able
  • Access to the workshop is granted within a day after registering 
  • All registrants must enroll in Teach:able
  • Designed to be completed in collaborative learning groups or individually
  • Workshop is divided into modules composed of lecture videos and required interactive activities for most modules
  • Interactive activities must be completed by all registrants in order to obtain a certificate of completion at the end
  • Live remote option available

Eligibility: 

This workshop is exclusively for Louisiana educators to support the implementation of The Hochman Method as it is embedded in the updated Louisiana ELA Guidebooks (2022) for grades 3-5. 

We encourage educators interested in learning about the Hochman Method to enroll in one of our introductory courses. Please find the course schedule and pricing information on our website.
