Participants can withdraw from a course up to one week before the course’s start date without issue upon request.
Deadline for Withdrawal: Participants must submit their course withdrawal request no later than seven calendar days before the official course start date. Requests for withdrawal must be submitted via email to the Program Experience team (enrollment@thewritingrevolution.org).
Refund Eligibility: Participants withdrawing within this timeframe will receive a full refund. Participants will receive confirmation of their withdrawal via email within three business days of submission. Without a withdrawal request, a participant with 0 course attendance is still responsible for their enrollment fee.
Transfer and Rescheduling Options: Participants unable to take the course at the allotted time can transfer their enrollment to a later course by contacting Program Experience no later than seven calendar days before the social course’s start date. Any rescheduling must comply with TWR policies.
Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be considered at the discretion of The Writing Revolution.
